📌 Eligibility for Return

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if:

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

The item is unused, in original packaging, and still in resalable condition

A 360° first-time unboxing video is provided

The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the defect or mismatch while opening the box.

❌ Return requests for damage/defect without an unboxing video will be rejected.

We respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund — To original payment method

(5–10 working days after inspection)

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order time OR before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
